General Constitution
Click here to download the General Constitution of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades for educational and reference needs.

The constitution in its printed version (English only - Spanish and French versions will be available soon) is also available upon request.  Contact your district council to order your copy.  In the event of any conflict between a version downloaded electronically and the officially printed version, all interpretations of the General Constitution shall be resolved and determined by reference to the printed English version.
